What's included in the price of the Tour?
The Tour is fully supported. It includes pick-up and drop-off from Madrid Adolfo Suarez Airport, transportation during Tour, your accommodation, meals and drinks. It does not include your flights.
If I book a Tour is it guaranteed to run?
Most of our trips are guaranteed to run with just three people booked on a tour. For all other tours, an additional supplement may be required to run the tour if the minimum number of guests is not met.
Are non-riders welcome on the trip?
Non-Riders are not recommended to join our tours as they cater only for cyclists. In the future we are thinking of offering non-rider tours which will take guests to visit the many castles, cities and sights to see in the area.
How do you accommodate varying riding abilities?
Having a small group (1 guide: 4 guest ratio), means that we can make everyone happy. We do recommend that you book with fellow friends/team mates that have the same ability to make the Tour more equal. Although we do not provide a support van, we do stop often to take in views or for refreshments in local bars, or for mechanical support.
How do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
When booking your Tour we recommend letting us know on the booking form and you can also talk to Nuria our chef and let her know of your specific requirements.
BOOKING A TRIP
How do I book a tour?
We have three scheduled departure dates in Spring to choose from. Once you have chosen your desired Tour simply click “ADD TO CART” and you can book online with a $750 deposit. Once you have submitted your reservation and credit card details, your place on the tour has been reserved. We will contact you by the following business day to finalize the details of your booking and tour preferences.
Two months (60 days) before your departure date you will be contacted for the balance of the payment.
For scheduled departure reservations made more than 90 days prior to the trip, a deposit of $750 is due at the time of booking. If your reservation is made within 60 days of the trip date, full payment is due at the time of booking. For Private tours, payment terms vary. Please consult with us directly.
What if I have to cancel?
Please refer to our cancellation policy for terms.
Should I purchase Travel Insurance/protection?
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you for any medical emergencies, canceled flights etc.
