Your cycling home in Spain…

We can’t wait to welcome you to our cortijo!

In 2006 my wife Nuria and I purchased an old cortijo (farmhouse), with 50 acres of olives and almonds. Over the next two years we lovingly renovated the house, immersing ourselves in rural spanish life.

One of the best features of the farmhouse is that it is in the heart of some of the best cycling in Spain. In fact La Vuelta has passed through the town numerous times! The roads are well kept, smooth and QUIET with hardly any cars. When you stop for refreshments the food, beer, coffee and locals are amazing!

Meet Nuria…your chef.

I´m Nuria, Greg´s wife and I will be your chef during your stay at our home. Don’t let the blonde hair and blue eyes fool you… I am actually Spanish!

Cooking is a huge passion of mine and during your stay you will be treated to authentic Spanish dishes handed down to me from my Spanish grandmother alongside healthy and nutritious Mediterranean recipes filled with fresh ingredients sourced locally.

I cook a combination of meat and vegetarian dishes, plus I can cater for any allergies so please let me know when you book.

Meals
